1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using this website, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms of Service. Emerald Permanent Makeup (PMU) reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.


2. Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms of Service, unless otherwise stated:

  • “We”, “Us”, “Our” refer to Emerald Permanent Makeup (PMU), including its employees and agents.
  • “You”, “Your” refer to the client or customer engaging with us under these terms.
  • “Services” include all treatments, products, and facilities provided by us.
  • “Treatment” refers to the initial application of permanent makeup following the initial consultation.
  • “Website” refers to www.emeraldpmu.com.

3. Appointments

  • 3.1 Our services are available by appointment only.
  • 3.2 A booking request is an offer and is confirmed only once we accept it.
  • 3.3 A 10% deposit is required when booking, which is non-refundable if cancellation notice is not given at least 24 hours in advance.
  • 3.4 Late arrivals exceeding 15 minutes may result in cancellation and applicable charges.
  • 3.5 Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations to receive a refund.
  • 3.6 In exceptional cases (illness, accidents, bereavement), cancellations within 24 hours will be considered at our discretion.
  • 3.7 If we need to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be provided.
  • 3.8 If an appointment is delayed by more than 30 minutes, you may cancel and receive a full refund.

4. Fees and Payment

  • 4.1 All services must be paid for upon completion as per our Price List.
  • 4.2 Payment methods accepted:
    • Cash
    • Bank transfer
  • 4.3 Prices are subject to change but will not affect pre-booked appointments.
  • 4.4 All prices include VAT where applicable.

5. Eligibility for Treatment

  • 5.1 Clients must be at least 16 years old.
  • 5.2 Clients must disclose any medical conditions or ongoing treatments.
  • 5.3 A patch test is required for clients with allergies or sensitive skin 48 hours prior to treatment.
  • 5.4 Pregnant clients should consult us before booking treatments.

6. Our Rules

  • 6.1 Phones should be on silent during treatments.
  • 6.2 Children under 12 must be supervised by an accompanying adult.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • 7.1 We are not responsible for unforeseeable losses.
  • 7.2 Services provided are for personal use only.
  • 7.3 Nothing in these terms limits liability for negligence, fraud, or personal injury.

8. Changes to Terms of Service

We may update these terms without prior notice. Clients are encouraged to review them periodically.


9. Data Protection

  • 9.1 All personal data is collected, processed, and stored in accordance with GDPR regulations.
  • 9.2 Personal data is used for service provision and payment processing.
  • 9.3 No personal data will be shared without explicit consent.

10. Regulations Compliance

We comply with relevant legal requirements and provide all necessary information before confirming bookings.

  • 12.3 Any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of England, Wales, Scotland, or Northern Ireland, depending on residency.
